Sustainable Real Estate Investing
In a world impacted by deglobalisation, the destabilisation of the dollar and rising food and energy needs, NEXT has developed an investment strategy that gives access to real estate and real estate related investments via four interlinked and complimentary zones:

Invest in Resilience and Real Assets
Significant structural shifts are impacting the investment landscape now and as a result there is a search for resilient investments. If you are searching to move away from financial assets dependent on stable globalisation and cheap energy, toward tangible assets, critical supply chains, and localised necessities, then NEXT could be the next defensive cornerstone of your investment portfolio.
Greenman NEXT is built for a long-term investment, with a recommended holding period of 7+ years. This allows the fund’s strategy to fully mature and target its objective of consistent long-term returns.
